Free delivery when you spend £100 and over, and £4.95 for smaller. Exceptions apply to large items being delivered to non-UK mainland locations.
We deliver UK-wide but our delivery services may take longer if you live in a highland, island or rural postcode.
Standard delivery
Please your order before 3pm and your order will be delivered by 24-48 hour service except for weekends.
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery is available for most items. Next day delivery options and costs vary. Select your preferred next day option during the checkout process or call us for more details.
Click & Collect
Our click and collect service allows you to shop and purchase online and collect from one of our stores. Exclusions apply, determined by size, weight or whether delivered direct from one of our suppliers.
Delivery
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If the order is with the carrier you can contact them directly and they will amend your delivery address where possible.
If your order is being delivered to a business address, please be advised that our carrier will deliver to a mailroom or delivery point and will request a signature from the mailroom supervisor; our carrier does not require a signature specific to the order details.
If you provide a home address which has a reception or concierge service, our carrier will deliver to the concierge. The concierge can sign for the delivery as long as they have a fixed location in the reception or within the building.
Dispatch estimates give an indication of when the item will be dispatched from our warehouse for delivery. The items on your order will be dispatched as soon as they become available.
