All products come with a voluntary one year manufacturer’s warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods.

If a product is defective consumers may, in addition to any other rights which they may have under consumer law in the UK and Ireland, avail themselves of the rights contained in Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All hardware products and accessories contained in the original packaging are covered against defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with user manuals, technical specifications and other published guidelines for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser.

In the event of any defect in materials and workmanship, you will be able to direct your claims to us.
